3. PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) plastic wrap

 It has the characteristics of good freshness, strong and easy to adhere, and can prevent water evaporation, and is mainly used for the packaging and preservation of meat, cooked food, ham and other foods.

1. If there is no indication that the plastic wrap is suitable for microwave oven, it must not be used for microwave heating.

1. Do not cover hot dishes fresh out of the pan with plastic wrap. Because covering hot dishes with plastic wrap not only does not preserve the vitamin C in the vegetables, but will accelerate its loss. You can choose heat-resistant glass, porcelain plates, etc. to cover hot dishes and rice.

 

2. No matter what kind of plastic wrap is used, it should not be in direct contact with alcoholic food, and it is not suitable to wrap oily cooked food and meat for a long time.

 

3. PVDC plastic wrap can provide an ideal shelf life because of its good moisturizing properties, and can be used to wrap fresh fruits and vegetables, but it is recommended not to exceed 12 hours.
