The combination of allergy prevention, chemical protection, and performance durability ensures that latex-free gloves, particularly powder-free disposable gloves, will continue to gain market share. With heightened awareness around occupational health, the role of allergy-safe gloves has shifted from optional upgrade to mandatory safety standard.

Healthcare authorities now strongly recommend powder-free disposable gloves in operating rooms, outpatient departments, and diagnostic facilities. Powdered variants have largely been replaced to minimize contamination risks and improve air quality control.

Industry data indicates that procurement volumes of disposable exam gloves have increased significantly since late 2025, reflecting Japan’s broader effort to strengthen healthcare resilience and public safety standards.
